Vectra produces the wet look retail clients love. 25 percent solids, fast recoat, and burnishes to a mirror shine with a propane unit. It is the finish I use in grocery aisles and showrooms.
Diversey Signature Floor Finish - Best Premium
Signature is the high-solid premium finish for buildings that want six month maintenance cycles. It is more expensive per gallon but the labor savings on recoat frequency more than pays back.
Diversey Complete Floor Sealer - Best Base Coat
Complete is not a finish, it is the sealer you apply on bare or freshly stripped VCT before topcoating. Two coats of Complete then four of Carefree gives you the longest service life.
Diversey GP Forward Floor Wax - Best Budget
GP Forward is the entry level Diversey product, and for small offices or schools without a burnisher it is plenty. Lower solids means more coats, but each gallon is significantly cheaper.
