For senior incontinence, disposable is the easy choice and Simple Solution gets the fit right. They have a tail hole, leg cutouts that do not pinch, and the adhesive tabs hold even after a wiggly dog has rolled around. Absorbency is high enough for overnight on a small to medium dog, and the outer layer is leak-proof, so the bed stays dry. The sizing runs slightly large, which is forgiving for chesty breeds.
