I have installed more Mount-It TV brackets than I can count. friends, family, my own move into a new place. Their full motion line tends to land in a sweet spot of price, build quality, and arm extension, but not every model is equal. After putting five of them through real installs on drywall, plaster, and concrete block, here are the ones I would actually buy again.
What I looked for: stud-to-screen extension distance, swivel and tilt range under load, the quality of the cable management channels, and whether the locking mechanism stayed tight after a month of weekly adjustments. Two of the mounts I tried early on developed a sag that I had to shim. neither of those made the final list.

Mount-It MI-3771. Best for Mid-Size Rooms
For 32 to 55-inch TVs the MI-3771 is the value play. Single-stud install, fold-flat profile at 2.4 inches from the wall, and 14 inches of arm extension. I put one in my home office on a 43-inch monitor and it held tight through countless video calls where I yanked it to reposition.
Mount-It MI-3990XL. Best Heavy Duty
When my brother bought an 85-inch TV I installed the MI-3990XL for him. It is rated up to 130 lb and uses a dual-stud back plate with extra-thick steel. The arm extends 24 inches and the locking lever stays put even with the screen fully extended. This is the one to pick if you have a wall-mounted living room theater.
Mount-It MI-379. Best for Corners
The MI-379 is the only Mount-It I compared that is purpose-built for corner installation. The articulating arm swings out from the corner and rotates to face the room. It handles up to 55-inch TVs and 88 lb. Install took longer than the wall mounts because of the angled back plate, but the result is exactly what a corner needs.
Mount-It MI-2065L. Best Slim Profile
If you want full motion but cannot give up wall clearance, the MI-2065L folds to just 1.9 inches from the wall. It still extends 16 inches and handles TVs up to 70 inches and 99 lb. The trade-off is a shallower tilt range, but I have not missed it.

Yes, every Mount-It full motion mount I compared ships with M4 through M8 bolts, spacers, washers, and a wall template. You usually only need to supply a stud finder and a drill.
I would not. Mount-It rates most of their larger arms for two studs at 16-inch on-center spacing. For anything over 65 inches, locate two studs or use the included toggle anchors into solid masonry.
