For raw capacity, the Seville Classics 3 bag is the heavyweight. The bags are deeper than most, the chrome frame stays straight under full load, and the four locking casters keep the whole thing steady when you push it across a tile floor.
Honey-Can-Do Rolling 3 Bag Hamper
The Honey-Can-Do is a great starter sorter at a reasonable price. The frame is a little thinner than the Seville or Whitmor wood, but it has held up to two years of weekly use in my laundry room without complaint. Roller wheels glide on hardwood without scuffing.

For apartments or small spaces, the collapsible Whitmor folds nearly flat for storage. It still holds three bags worth of laundry when in use, but it tucks behind a door when you need the floor space back. Frame is lighter so I would not recommend it for huge wet loads, but for everyday it works.
