On a continuous 8K All-Intra record from the Nikon Z8 the card never buffered out across 22 minutes of recording until the card filled. Sustained write held 2,798 MB/s on ProRes Raw HQ.
For raw burst photography the buffer-clear time on a 200-frame Z8 burst at 20 fps measured 1.8 seconds versus 4.4 seconds on a CFexpress 2.0 card. In camera the difference is marginal, but on offload it is dramatic.
