Estimate your body fat percentage using the US Navy circumference method. More accurate than BMI for muscular builds.
The US Navy circumference method estimates body fat from neck and waist measurements (plus hips for women). It's not as accurate as DEXA scans (1-3% margin of error) but is the most reliable home method without scales or calipers. The formula was developed by the Naval Health Research Center in the 1980s and is still used for military fitness standards.
